Marian Oláh, MBA, MA, PCC, President of the Center for Reflective Leadership, brings over 20 years of experience as a Talent, Leadership, and Organization Development Leader, Executive Coach, Team and Workshop Facilitator, and Program Designer. She specializes in personal and organizational transformation and focuses on the leadership and talent development needs of Introverts, many of whom work in technical and artistic fields, including engineering, architecture, IT, the visual and performing arts, the sciences, finance, accounting, quantitative research, new media, law, and medicine.

Drawing on international cross-industry experiences in sectors, including technology, architecture, financial services, new media, higher education, healthcare, as well as non-profit organizations, Marian custom-designs, develops, and delivers talent, leadership, and management development programs and soft skills training to catalyze personal, team, and organizational change. She coaches seasoned professionals and emerging leaders across industries for leadership and managerial success, performance improvement, and personal fulfillment.

Marian creates learning experiences in workshops, coaching sessions, meetings, and team building and strategy development offsites that transfer back to the work environment, resulting in mindset shift, behavioral change, greater work effectiveness, and improved personal and team performance.

Marian holds an MBA in International Business and Strategic Marketing, an MA in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design, and a BA/MA in English and Russian Languages and Literatures and Adult Learning.

Marian is fluent in English and Hungarian and has professional working proficiency in Russian and Spanish. She has visited, worked, or studied in over 35 countries, including China, South Korea, Dubai, Russia, Cuba, Costa Rica, Tunisia, Egypt, and most countries in Europe.

Born and raised in Debrecen, Hungary, Marian has been living in New York City for over 30 years. She considers herself fortunate to have two places she can call home. She initially relocated to NYC to work for the United Nations.
