Marian Oláh, MBA, MA, CPC, PCC, President of the Center for Reflective Leadership, brings 20 years of experience as a coach, trainer, consultant, professor, and manager to human capital development. As an Executive and Transformational Leadership Coach, Learning, Organization Development, and Change Management Consultant, Leadership, Management, and Talent Development Trainer, and Instructional Designer, Marian specializes in personal and organizational transformation. She focuses on the leadership and talent development needs of Introverts, many of whom work in technical and artistic fields, including engineering, IT, the visual and performing arts, the sciences, finance, accounting, quantitative research, new media, law, and medicine.

Drawing on international cross-industry experiences in sectors, including technology, financial services, new media, higher education, health care, as well as non-profit organizations, Marian custom-designs, develops, and delivers leadership, management, and talent development programs and soft skills training to catalyze personal and organizational change. She coaches seasoned professionals and emerging leaders across industries for leadership and managerial success, performance improvement, and personal fulfillment.

Marian holds an MBA in International Business and Strategic Marketing, an MA in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design, and a BA/MA in English and Russian Languages and Literatures and Adult Learning.

Marian is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation through Leadership that Works, an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) approved by the ICF. Her additional certifications include:

Marian is fluent in English and Hungarian, has professional working proficiency in Russian and Spanish, and is conversant in French. She communicates effectively in a multicultural environment and inspires confidence among individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds. She has traveled to over 35 countries, including China, Dubai, Russia, Costa Rica, Tunisia, Egypt, Cuba, South Korea, and most countries in Europe.

Born and raised in Debrecen, Hungary, Marian has been living in New York City for 25 years. She considers herself fortunate to have two places she can call home. She initially relocated to NYC to work for the United Nations.
